About Ed

Lifelong resident of Fayette County, Ed Pulliam in the owner and CEO of Ed Pulliam Homes, Inc (where he has worked since the age of 14). Ed’s business has enjoyed recognition as Small Business of the Year by the Fayette County Chamber of Commerce as well as Retail Lot of the Year by the Tennessee Manufactured Housing Association. He believes strongly in supporting his industry and peers, and has held several positions within the state and regional manufactured housing associations, helping to pass key industry legislation.

Ed serves as a Commissioner on the Board of Directors of the Hardeman Fayette Utility District, as an appointed member of the loan committee for the Memphis Area Association of Governments, and serves on the Planning and Zoning Committee for the City of Moscow.

Ed Pulliam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Memphis State University and currently lives in Moscow with his wife, Joyce, dogs Marley and Sam, and their cat Oreo. They are joined on the weekends by children Damon and Kara, Fayette Academy graduates who now attend Middle Tennessee State University.

Active in his community, Ed serves on several committees at the United Methodist Church of Moscow, where he is a life-long member. Ed’s wife Joyce also serves with the church, as president of the United Methodist Women and Church Treasurer. Ed is also an avid supporter of the Fayette County Airport.

Ed believes in the future of Fayette County, and looks forward to serving you through his commitment, experience, and strong work ethic if elected as Fayette County Circuit Court Clerk.
